It’s that time of year when I become even more obsessed with shopping and all I can think about, is styling autumnal outfits. At the moment, we’re in that awkward transitional stage where it’s a bit too warm for thick tights and coats, but it’s too cold for short sleeves and sandals. One of my favourite places to browse for new clothes is ASOS so I thought it would be fun to share my wishlist with you.
The first item on my wishlist is this ribbed funnel neck jumper that is actually from Bershka and costs £12.99. This jumper doesn’t look too thick so it would be perfect for layering. I would probably wear this under a dungaree dress or with a high waisted denim skirt. I particularly love the funnel neck as it is stylish and will also keep you warm. I think the £12.99 is a great price for this jumper as it would definitely be a staple in my wardrobe and it would be so versatile. I think you can order this in other colours too so I’d probably order a few.
The next item on my wishlist is these black metal-tipped ankle boots by RAID for £34.99. I have been on the hunt for a black pair of ankle boots for the longest time and I cannot wait to order these. These would look so nice with a cute little dress, tights, and a denim jacket. I love the buckle detail, as the silver hardware stands out and emphasises the open sides. I think the heel is a good size as it’s not too high but still gives you that extra bit of height. These boots would be so versatile, they’d look so good for more of a casual look with jeans and a white tee, but you can also wear them with a nice dress.
You can never have enough jumpers, well I tell this to myself as an excuse to buy more jumpers. I have been eyeing up this mustard coloured high neck knit jumper by Vila. This jumper just screams autumn and I am all for it. I absolutely adore the colour of this jumper, it’s so perfect for this time of year. I would wear this with black skinny jeans, ankle boots, and a leather jacket. The price for this jumper is £25 which I think is quite reasonable for a decent jumper, I just hope that this jumper isn’t too hard or scratchy. You can’t beat a good chunky-knit, colourful jumper this time of year, they are cosy but also look like you’ve put in a lot of effort when you really haven’t. High neck jumpers seem to be very on trend so this jumper is very fashionable but also looks very warm, I definitely need this in my life.
Next up, I have this printed dress from Missguided on my wishlist and this costs £25. This isn’t something that I would usually wear but I love the print of this dress, it’s feminine but also not too girly. I love that it has the fluted sleeves, as they are very on trend at the moment but it also makes the dress a bit warmer. The fit of the dress also looks very flattering; the tie-in waist will allow you to alter the dress to cinch in your waist to flatter your curves. I would definitely wear this with the boots I mentioned earlier, and I would also throw on a leather jacket on top for chillier days. I think that this dress would last you for years as it has such a classic cut to it; it’s not going to go out of fashion any time soon.
