I am a huge fan of Kiko Milano and especially their eyeshadows. Sometimes I like to walk into KIKO to see if they have any new products in and also to see if there’s anything I can possibly try. The other day, I found their Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadows and I had to buy one because the colours were so beautiful and if it claims to last 8 hours then I just needed to test that.
After swatching a few colours, I went with 36 (Golden Mauve) which is a purple-pink colour with beautiful gold reflects. The simplistic packaging reminds me of MAC, suggesting that it will be high quality yet is pretty affordable, costing only £6.95. This eyeshadow claims to last 8 hours with no transfer which sounds pretty good to me. I love that you can wear this on its own or you could wear it on top of other colours to make it more intense.
The first thing I noticed about this eyeshadow stick is how creamy it is and how easily it applied to your eyelid. I decided to apply this all over my lids and then use a soft brush to get rid of any harsh lines. I love how you can make the colour as intense as you like so you can just do one layer if you want a more natural look or you can go over it to add intensity. I love how beautiful the gold reflects look when the light hits your eyelids, I am obsessed with this eyeshadow stick. I have never used an eyeshadow stick before but now I am hooked and I will definitely be getting more in other shades. This is so easy to blend so you could easily use it with powder shadows but I like using it on its own. I can also confirm that it lasts 8 hours and it looks just as good as it did when you first put it on. Overall, I am a huge fan of this product and would recommend it to anyone that loves a good quality and affordable eyeshadow.
