Berry Yummy Smoothie Recipe!

As a few of you have requested, I have written a recipe for my latest super yummy smoothie. I find that using frozen fruit makes the smoothie thicker and more quenching. As a student, buying frozen fruit is cheaper for me and means it will last longer, however you can use fresh fruit and use fruit of your choice. Here is my go to smoothie recipe:


40g of frozen blueberries

40g of frozen banana

40g of frozen strawberries

250ml of milk

tablespoon of vanilla essence

tablespoon of honey


  1. Put all of the frozen fruit into the blender and blend together until mostly smooth. I find this helps make the smoothie thicker and stops the fruit from getting stuck.
  2. Add the milk, vanilla and honey. Blend away until you are happy with the consistency and taste.
  3. Enjoy your super yummy smoothie!
